Why Penn

Quality-Driven, State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

At Penn Aluminum, the quality of our products is unmatched in the industry. Our commitment to quality continues with our line of rigid aluminum conduit and aluminum EMT products. We’ve invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to produce our conduit line – ensuring consistency and reliability.

From design to application engineering to manufacturing, quality is our number one priority. We also maintain focus on our program of continuous improvement, evident in our ISO/IATF 16949 certification. It’s a powerful combination that allows us to produce the finest quality aluminum products that meet all application needs and building code requirements.

40+ Years of Proven Success

For nearly 100 years, Penn Aluminum has been a leading manufacturer of industrial products. And for the last 40+ years, we’ve been a premier manufacturer of aluminum drawn tubing and extruded shapes, providing high quality, engineered solutions to our customers. In fact, we were one of the original manufacturers of rigid aluminum conduit many years ago.

Based on the competitive construction industry’s growing demand for the many benefits of aluminum conduit – things like lower cost, sustainability, easier installation and more – we’ve made a renewed commitment to aluminum conduit. Our decades of proven performance in demanding industries like Automotive and Defense provides confidence in the quality and reliability of our aluminum conduit products.

Produced in America’s Heartland

We’re proud to say that every product Penn Aluminum manufactures is made in America, a tradition that now extends to our rigid aluminum conduit and aluminum EMT. We even source our raw aluminum billet from regional US domestic producers.

Proudly made in America’s Heartland in Murphysboro, Illinois, all of our conduit products are fully compliant with the Buy American Act. Another benefit of our central U.S. location is fast and efficient shipping to much of America, resulting in reduced lead times.
